Ganesh is an HR and talent strategy professional with experience across leadership hiring, workforce development, and higher education. He has worked closely with leading institutions such as the Indian School of Business, contributing to admissions, talent strategy, and program management, and has engaged with institutions like XLRI Jamshedpur.

His experience in building talent pipelines and designing learning interventions directly informs CGA's approach to skilling and employability. Through his work on Grey & Grow, he has developed a deep understanding of caregiving needs, particularly in elder care. He brings together HR expertise, education design, and on-ground insights to build CGA as a scalable workforce platform.
