Privacy Policy

When you fill in a registration or application form on our website, we collect:

• Your full name, email address and phone number (required)
• Optionally, your city, designation, organization and any message you choose to share

When you browse the site, we automatically collect limited technical information: the pages you visit, an anonymous browser identifier, and marketing attribution data (such as the ad campaign, link or referring website that brought you to us).

Payments for our programs (for example, The Hidden Caregiver Reset at ₹999, or the CareForce Chandigarh cohort) are processed by Cashfree, our payment gateway. When you pay, you enter your card, UPI or net-banking details directly on Cashfree's secure page. We never see, store or have access to your card number, UPI ID or banking credentials, we only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with the order reference.

• To register you for the program you signed up for and send you joining details by email or WhatsApp
• To process your payment and send receipts
• To respond to your questions and provide support
• To understand how visitors find and use our website, so we can improve it
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Google

Our website uses the following third-party tracking tools, which may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser:

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: measures visits and conversions from our Facebook and Instagram ads
• LinkedIn Insight Tag: measures visits and conversions from our LinkedIn ads
• Google Analytics and Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager): measures site traffic and ad performance

We also store a small amount of data in your own browser (local storage and session storage): an anonymous visitor ID used for our page-visit counter, and marketing attribution details so we know which campaign brought you to us. These stay on your device.

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run our programs:

• Cashfree: to process your payment
• Our website hosting and database provider: to store registrations securely
• Meta, LinkedIn and Google: as described above, for advertising measurement

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We keep registration and payment records only as long as needed to run the program, provide support and meet accounting and tax obligations under Indian law. We then delete or anonymise them.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at support@caregiveracademy.in and we will respond as soon as possible.
