Refund and Cancellation Policy

The ₹25,000 CareForce Chandigarh offline caregiver training program, open to ex-service personnel and their family members, has a separate enrolment policy: participant cancellations and refunds are not permitted. The cancellation windows below apply to our other programs. The provisions for cancellations by CGA and failed or duplicate payments still apply.

• Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the program start date.
• 50% refund if you cancel less than 7 days before the start, but at least 48 hours before it.
• No refund within 48 hours of the start or once the program has started.

Email us at support@caregiveracademy.in or call +91 99940 44067 from your registered email address or phone number, and mention your order reference or registered email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

If CGA cancels a program, you will receive a full refund of the fee you paid. If we reschedule a program, you may choose to attend the new date or request a full refund.

If your payment was debited but your enrolment was not confirmed, or you were charged twice for the same enrolment, contact us and we will verify the transaction with our payment gateway (Cashfree) and refund the failed or duplicate amount in full.
